Oh, the many face of insurance companies. John Deer Health Care Inc. a subsidiary of Deere & Company since 1985 was sold to UnitedHealthCare Insurance of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The John Deere health plans provided a significant Midwest customer base to the regional operated UnitedHealthcare Service Company of the River Valley.
